Corporate

appropriate intervention and support can be a powerful tool in the workplace and a boost to employee morale by facilitating the process of grief and helping staff to find positive and healthy ways to deal with
- major change
- downsizing
- relocating
- illness or death of an employee
- suicide, murder, or other trauma.

 

GriefWorks corporate interventions include
- suicide postvention with teens at a local private school
- crisis intervention on site, re suicide of an associate
- grief counseling on site, re murder of a co-worker
- post 911 support to local hospice workers
- murder/suicide crisis postvention for adult employees and managers

Training

GriefWorks can tailor an in-service or training for your agency, faith community or business. Topics covered are often grief and loss related, but we work with personal growth, spirituality, forgiveness, stress relief and burnout, to name a few.
